We will gladly accept the return of products due to defects in manufacturing for 15 days from the date of purchase. If wheels or tires are NOT mounted onto the vehicle at the time of purchase we are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used items cannot be returned, only warranty replaced. Wheels cannot be returned for any reason if wheels show any signs of use. Examples of use are: once a tire is mounted to the rim, or the wheel is mounted to a hub. Spacers, lugs, studs, and any other hardware that show any signs of use cannot be returned.
Unwanted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
There is no refund for any shipping charges on returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping on both returns and exchanges.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All returned items must be in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
