Exceptional and quick
I Just moved to east tx and I was on a time crunch looking for a place that was actually able to align and balance my tires for my truck that’s lifted before traveling for work. Called them and within 15 minutes of the call I pulled in and they were on it! The service was nothing but exceptional and quick! Had such a great experience the first time that I went back when the time came for new tires and once again the customer service was top notch. They were Very knowledgeable and helpful on showing me the different tires available to order that helped me find the Best tires for what I needed. Ordering thru them was seamless and the next day they were very prompt on taking care of me by putting them on quickly!
Excellent service
I had an incident where I struck a metal object on I220 in bossier, I had my vehicle picked up and delivered to Amanda and gave her the information on who to contact for the repairs. We’ve used them in the past and they have never failed in fact they go above and beyond to fix everything back to original! I recommend everyone use them, excellent service!!

This place had amazing service. They treat you like royalty when you enter the building. Super fast tire service guys. It was pouring down rain and these guys did an amazing job.
Excellent customer service
Highly recommend! Great hospitality, excellent customer service, honest, fair, and fast. I purchased my rims and tires at another place down the road and they sent me somewhere else to have them put on. Well the rims rubbed bad and neither place suggested spacers. Paid another tire shop to take them off and then a fourth place to take my sensors out. At that point I thought I was going to have to purchase another size of rims and tires. I went to Tire Depot expecting to buy a whole new set but Joe immediately told me he could fix it for me without me having to purchase another set. He could have easily sold me a whole new set of rims and tires but instead he fixed the problem that 4 other places couldn’t and had me ready in under 2 hours. THIS is the kind of service I appreciate. Thank you for everything!
I won't go anywhere else
Great place and even better prices! Last year or so I got new tires and a leveling kit from them and they have been great! I recently have gone back and bought anther set from! Super great customer service! They helped me pick out great tires each time. I won't go anywhere else! They even have services they go through for payments that are super easy to set up if you are in a bind.
Saved me over $200
I've been going to Discount Tire for years but I recently needed tires and they quoted me pretty high. I shopped around and found Tire Depot! They saved me over $200 on really great high quality tires! Joe and Amanda were so friendly and highly knowledgeable. Not only did they save me money, but I hardly had to wait anytime at all for the tires to get put on. Definitely give these guys a shot! They are very professional!
Hospitality of the staff is a 10/10
I highly recommend this place. I took my husband's truck in for repairs, and it was ready the next day. The work was done at an affordable cost, compared to other places I have been before. We will definitely go back, if needed. Also, the hospitality of the staff is a 10/10. They are so polite, and they will listen to all your concerns.
Great selection of wheels
Friendly Staff helped my wife and I decide on a wheel and tire combination. Got us a good price on tires to run on in the meantime! Great selection of wheels! Should absolutely stop by here if you need tires or wheels.
